Satta Makaha Beanie
The Makaha Beanie is a soft heavyweight knitted hat from Satta that sits perfectly in any wardrobe thanks to it’s simplistic, comfort oriented design. The military issue influenced design features a thick rollover and textural knit pattern. There is a small white Satta logo label stitched on the rollover, keeping the aesthetic details to a minimum.
Satta have a holistic approach to design, with a focus on small scale production they favour using natural and sustainable materials. Inspired by nature and the city, designs are focused on functionality whilst also being comfortable and simple. The founder and designer, Joe Lauder, takes influence from his experiences as a landscaper and woodworker.
